Refund Policy

At Talentspace.ai, we are committed to delivering high-quality recruitment and career services that meet the expectations of both employers and job seekers. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and to ensure the best outcomes for all parties involved.

Our services—including Recruitment on Demand, Career Counseling, Market Insights, and Data Services—are billed on a subscription or service-based model.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or credit under the following conditions:

  • Service not delivered: If the agreed service is not initiated or completed within the specified timeline.

  • Technical failure: If technical issues on our end prevent access or usage for more than 5 consecutive business days.

  • Duplicate payment: If you are charged more than once for the same service.

In lieu of a monetary refund, Talentspace.ai may issue a credit note for future use of our services. Credit notes:

  • Are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Can be applied toward any Talentspace.ai service of equal or greater value.

  • Are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Credit notes are typically offered in cases where partial service was delivered, or when clients prefer to reuse the value toward future recruitment needs.

Refunds or credits will not be granted under these circumstances:

  • Change of mind after project commencement or delivery.

  • Delays caused by the client’s own inaction or failure to provide required inputs.

  • Subjective dissatisfaction where service was delivered per the agreed scope.

  • Breach of our Terms of Service.

Requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the payment or service issue. To submit a request:
