We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join our team. This position involves sales-related tasks for educational institutions, as well as supporting the development and quality control department. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify new schools in targeted areas.
Send introductory meeting invitations via email and WhatsApp.
Prepare information for meetings or calls with schools.
Communicate with existing schools to renew curriculum requests.
Write and edit invoices for customers.
Coordinate shipping and track orders.
Communicate with schools to gather trainee information and ensure smooth training processes.
Prepare training materials and manage the online training platform.
Update the e-learning website and communicate with schools regularly.
Assist in marketing activities on social media platforms.
Maintain and update the list of implemented schools.
Support the development department with scheduling visits and documenting important information.
Assist in financial reporting and debt collection.

Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
